Delivery & Returns


UK Mainland

We aim to deliver any UK Mainland orders for stock items as soon as possible - usually within 2-3 days if not sooner.

Please call for out-of-stock items for UK mainland delivery and we can normally order the item in for you. The delivery times will vary depending n the stock availability however we will notify you as soon as possible after receiving your order.

The cost of your delivery will be indicated when placing your order a flat rate of 2.99 for any purchases in the UK mainland. However at the Moment we have FREE UK shipping on all products except tack lockers.  Anything outside please contact us and we can arrange delivery for you and we will let you know the delivery price.

Tack lockers total fee order will be 60 pounds inside the UK. For delivery outside the UK please call for a quote. 


All Other Overseas Countries

IG Equine is able to deliver to all countries; however the postage prices and timescales will vary dependant on location and the size of the order. Please contact us to arrange this.

Please note that overseas orders may be subject to customs duty charges when entering your country. We have no control over these charges.


Shipping & Customs

We strongly recommend that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order.

You are responsible for complying with international, national or local laws regulating the importation of products that you may purchase.


You must let us know that you wish to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. We will need to receive the goods within 14 days of you notifying us that you will be returning them. Items should be returned to us in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging and receipt/invoice and a covering letter, we will then be happy to exchange or refund you with the product price. This does not affect your legal rights.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the goods arriving at IG Equine.You will be reimbursed via your original payment method.


Please note that the below items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Items made to order in personalised colours

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.


All goods returned to us must be in a clean condition. Any goods that are deemed as too soiled to handle will be returned to you.


A postage fee will be charged for all exchanges.
